JWA gearing up to present 2nd Annual Mac Attack Golf Tournament

The Junior Women's Association of Greenville is proud to serve as the presenting sponsor of the 2nd Annual Mac Attack Golf Tournament taking place June 3, 2011 at Brook Valley Country Club.

The tournament will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Eastern North Carolina whose mission is to provide a temporary home away from home for families of seriously ill or injured children receiving treatment from area medical facilities.

Whether you're interested in participating in the tournament, becoming a sponsor, or simply volunteering your time, the support you give will go a long way in helping those who need it most. Click here for more information on how to get involved.

Sunday dinner at RMH

Six JWA members (Aimee Barnes, Tiffany Griffis, Missy Clark, Lauren Bowers, Tracy Langston and Jaclyn Morgan) enjoyed preparing dinner for the families at the Ronald McDonald House on Sunday, Dec. 12. Barbeque chicken, greenbean casserole and potato casserole were just a few of the yummy homemade dishes our group prepared. The RMH families and staff were so appreciative of our being there and we look forward to going back again very soon. We wish everyone associated with RMH a wonderful and blessed holiday season.

Ronald McDonald House says "Thank you"

I thought I would share a few pictures from Craft Night at the Ronald McDonald House. We appreciate the members that came out for our first event. Unfortunately, we had few family members that were able to participate, but the ladies made a tremendous impact on the mother pictured. She has talked about how much fun it was just to have time to talk to adults and be creative.
