1st Annual Cornhole for a Cause

The Junior Women's Association of Greenville is proud to announce our first fundraiser of our 2012-2013 year.  We have partnered with Uptown Greenville and Coastal Beverage to host the 1st Annual Cornhole for a Cause on Saturday, October 20, 2012.  The event will be held at Five Points Plaza in Greenville and registration will begin at noon. The tournament will kick off at 1:00pm. This Cornhole Tournament will benefit 5 of our Community Partners: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Pitt County; Literacy Volunteers of Pitt County; The RHA Howell Center-Tar River Center; The Food Bank of Central and Eastern, NC; and Habitat for Humanity of Pitt County

Team registration cost is $60.  2 person teams will participate in a double elimination tournament.  Registration fees cover the cost of a Cornhole for a Cause t-shirt for each team member.  To sign up a team, download the Registraion Form and mail it, along with payment to PO Box 2211, Greenville, NC 27836 by October 8.  The tournament should sell out fast, so get your registration in soon!

Throughout the event, there will be live music provided by Jupiter Jones and Tailgate.  Coastal Beverage will also be on hand with a beer truck, and local restraunts will be selling food and drink. 

Cornhole for a Cause is the perfct tailgate before the ECU Pirates take UAB on the road at 7:00pm!  Please come out and support this event, and help us raise funds for 5 very deserving organizations.  We promise that it will be a great time!
